Summary
On the top left of the screen are three menus. Each menu option can be reached from the keyboard using
a keyboard short-cut
The file menu includes
options for
loading and saving files,
searching exiting.
The export menu has options to
import Text and to export
Text,
RTF and
HTML.
The setup menu has options to configure the
font and background,
spelling checker
and to
unlock WriteItNow.
The help menu includes
options for viewing an
about page, viewing help and viewing the
tip of the day.
The File Menu
Save
Use this to save the current story. Click
here for more details.
Save As
Use this to save the current story with a new name. Click
here for more details.
Load
Use this to load a story. Click
here for more details.
Create New Story
Use this to Create a new story. Click
here for more details.
Exit
Use this to exit WriteItNow. When you exit, the current window's size and position are automatically saved.
The Export Menu
Import Text
Use this to import a text file. Click

Spell Checker Country
Set which country to use for spell checking
Font
Use this to set the font for most text

Use AM-PM for times
If set all times will be shown with AM or PM. If not set 24-hour times are used.
The Help Menu
Tip of the Day
Use this to display a helpful tip.
About
This displays an 'About' page with the program's version number. Click
